Our in-home model puts an RBT in your living room, not on a waitlist. Every child gets a dedicated BCBA who writes the treatment plan, supervises hours, and coordinates with your pediatrician, school district, and RAE case manager.
We're one of the few ABA providers in-network with every major Colorado carrier — including Health First Colorado across all four RAEs, Kaiser Permanente Colorado (which many providers skip), and Tricare West for military families. Our intake team handles benefits verification, prior authorization, and appeals so you don't have to.

Does Colorado Medicaid cover ABA therapy?
Yes. Health First Colorado (Colorado Medicaid) covers medically necessary ABA therapy for members under 21 through the EPSDT benefit. There is no copay, no age cap under 21, and no annual dollar cap when services meet medical-necessity criteria. Prior authorization is required, and our intake team handles it for you.
What are Colorado's Medicaid RAE regions?
As of July 1, 2025 (ACC Phase III), Colorado has four Regional Accountable Entities: Region 1 (Rocky Mountain Health Plans — Western Slope), Region 2 (Northeast Health Partners — Larimer, Weld, northeast plains), Region 3 (Colorado Community Health Alliance / CCHA — Boulder, Broomfield, Jefferson, El Paso), and Region 4 (Colorado Access — Denver, Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas). Denver Health Medicaid Choice is an MCO carve-out for eligible Denver members. We work with all four RAEs plus Denver Health Medicaid Choice.
Do you accept Tricare in Colorado?
Yes. We're an authorized Tricare West ABA provider — important for military families near Fort Carson, Peterson SFB, Schriever SFB, Buckley SFB, and the Air Force Academy, and for retiree families across the state.
How quickly can we start ABA in Colorado?
Once we have your child's autism diagnostic report and insurance information, most Colorado families begin services within 2–4 weeks. Timing depends on prior authorization from your plan and BCBA scheduling in your area. Call (800) 513-8804 to start.
Do I need a formal autism diagnosis before starting ABA?
Yes. Insurance-funded ABA in Colorado requires a formal autism spectrum disorder diagnosis from a qualified provider — a developmental pediatrician, psychologist, or psychiatrist.
