The in-home model, done right for Colorado.
Colorado's leading autism clinics have some of the longest waitlists in the country - many families wait 12 to 18 months just for an intake slot. Our in-home model puts an RBT in your living room, not on a waitlist. Every child gets a dedicated BCBA who writes the treatment plan, supervises hours, and coordinates with your pediatrician, school district, and RAE case manager.
We're in-network with Health First Colorado (Medicaid), Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield of Colorado, and Aetna, and we welcome military families - TRICARE coverage for ABA in Colorado is not yet in-network, so call (800) 513-8804 to discuss options. Our intake team handles benefits verification, prior authorization, and appeals so you don't have to.
And we work in the language of your home. Our bilingual English/Spanish RBTs and parent-training materials serve Denver, Aurora, Greeley, and Colorado Springs families where they are.

What Colorado cities does Behavioral Services Network serve?
We serve Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Thornton, Arvada, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Loveland, Greeley, Boulder, Longmont, Broomfield, and surrounding communities across the Front Range.
Does Colorado Medicaid cover ABA therapy?
Yes. Health First Colorado (Colorado Medicaid) covers medically necessary ABA therapy for members under 21 through the EPSDT benefit. There is no copay, no age cap under 21, and no annual dollar cap when services meet medical-necessity criteria. Prior authorization is required, and our intake team handles it for you.
What are Colorado's Medicaid RAE regions?
As of July 1, 2025 (ACC Phase III), Colorado has four Regional Accountable Entities: Region 1 (Rocky Mountain Health Plans - Western Slope), Region 2 (Northeast Health Partners - Larimer, Weld, northeast plains), Region 3 (Colorado Community Health Alliance / CCHA - Boulder, Broomfield, Jefferson, El Paso), and Region 4 (Colorado Access - Denver, Adams, Arapahoe, Douglas). Denver Health Medicaid Choice is an MCO carve-out for eligible Denver members. Health First Colorado members: call us and we will confirm coverage for your region.
Do you accept Tricare in Colorado?
We welcome military families near Fort Carson, Peterson SFB, Schriever SFB, Buckley SFB, and the Air Force Academy, and retiree families across the state. TRICARE coverage for ABA in Colorado is not yet in-network, so call (800) 513-8804 to discuss options.
How quickly can we start ABA in Colorado?
Once we have your child's diagnosis or doctor's referral and insurance information, most Colorado families begin services within 2-4 weeks. Timing depends on prior authorization from your plan and BCBA scheduling in your area. Call (800) 513-8804 to start.
Do I need a formal autism diagnosis before starting ABA?
It depends on your insurance. Health First Colorado (Medicaid) does not require an autism diagnosis: a documented developmental or behavioral condition, such as developmental delay, plus a referral from your child's doctor can be enough, and children under 3 can qualify if they are at risk for delay. Commercial plans such as Anthem and Aetna generally require an autism diagnosis from a qualified provider. How ABA works without a diagnosis. If you need an autism evaluation in Colorado, our intake team can point you to trusted local resources like Children's Hospital Colorado, JFK Partners at UC Anschutz, or Sewall Child Development Center.
